Rights to materials

Unless otherwise stated for a particular item, the rights to original content published on the website belong to the owner of UK4u.pl or the relevant author. Third-party materials remain the property of their creators and are used under a licence, permission or another appropriate legal basis.

Permitted use

You may share a standard link to an article and quote short extracts in accordance with applicable law, provided that the source is clearly identified and a link to the original publication is included.

Use requiring permission

Copying entire articles, systematically downloading content, republishing photographs or graphics, creating commercial databases, or distributing materials beyond what is permitted by law requires prior written permission.

RSS feeds, search engines and automated systems

Standard indexing by search engines and use of the official RSS feed are permitted in accordance with their intended purpose. Automated downloading of full content, bypassing security measures or building a competing service using UK4u.pl materials requires separate permission.

Reporting an infringement

Anyone who believes that material available on UK4u.pl infringes their rights may submit a report containing a link to the material, a description of the rights concerned and contact details.
